The RRPGP Renewable Energy Water Pumping sub-program provided solar water pump rebates. This applied for the renewable energy components of general water and bore pumps that replaced diesel engine powered pumps in off-grid applications.
Please note: the RRPGP rebate is no longer available, but Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs/STCs) based rebates still apply. The amount will vary according to system system and STC values at the time of purchase.
Solar water pump rebates eligible components
Renewable energy components eligible include equipment such as solar panels, wind turbines and tracking systems that are part of the pumping system. The rebate does not apply to the actual water pump.
